Hi, I’m Kelly.

I help small and mid-sized businesses create operational systems that make work smoother, teams more aligned, and growth more sustainable. Most businesses don’t need more ideas — they need clarity, structure, and thoughtful implementation. That’s where I come in.

I specialize in working with founder-led and creative businesses, including interior designers, graphic designers, builders, and other creative teams. As a Certified Interior Designer and Workplace Strategist, I approach operations the same way I approach designing spaces: by creating intentional experiences that flow.

From client journeys and onboarding programs to internal workflows, tools, and team training, I help businesses understand what’s working, identify what’s not, map the current state, and build practical systems that support the future they’re growing toward.
